CAST STEM allows students to explore careers in engineering, advanced manufacturing, and global logistics. Students learn to build and program robots, drones and electric cars and travel to competitions with teams.
The chance to experience a college setting during high school and to work directly with industry mentors set CAST STEM students apart and sets their future in motion, no matter where they decide to take it.
Students learn by doing and innovating in the classroom and beyond. Through project based learning students tackle projects related to real world needs and will leverage the newest technology actively used by industry.
All students will have access to earn transferable college credits to include Dual Credit Courses from local colleges and universities plus earn industry recognized certificates to minimize the cost of college and elevate their resume in the workforce.
CAST Schools are tuition-free and open to students across the greater San Antonio region who are entering 9th or 10th grade. Our small class sizes provide our educators with the opportunity to meet students where they are and co-create a plan for future success.
